Wooo... hoooolidayssss!!! ^_^ ^_^ ^_^... yayyy... a week of squandering away my time by sleeping 12-hours a day, and the other half just messing around with the computer and stuff... ^_^..

Hm hmm... first on the agenda is a visitor that's coming to my house oh in about uh... 12 hours? =P. I'll just be entertaining her till she goes home I suppose... Jon will be in Vin Vin's house by the time I wake up, so I dunno..

Mm... school went by pretty quick, actually. =P Nothing much to talk about there. It's SCHOOL! And it's SSC, the worst managed school of the decade. =P

Hmm... finished something up tonight... kinda lousy, but I don't think anyone will ever read this here, other than my granddaughter, Eileen.

I think the chatbox is up... I might be tinkering around with it more, but do gimme your comments there huh? ^_^..

A sigh I breathe,
As I wonder, and grieve,
For I have thought a great deal about myself,
Reminiscing, thinking back, looking through books on my shelf.

I longed for the early days,
When life was simple in its ways,
When feelings were simple, but true,
When my dreams and ambitions were not based on what I could do.

I wonder almost daily about how life was before I got older..
A lot younger, obviously, and a lot less bolder,
Almost always shy, almost always having my nose in a book,
And there wasn't anyone whom I would really want to look.

Growing up really isn't much fun, that's kinda sad,
But when you look at it, it really isn't that bad,
I mean, there's lots of things to look forward to,
Like the bestest of friends who will always stay true.

So while growing up sure has it's ups and downs,
One just needs to remember the happy faces, the cheerful sounds,
And smile when one looks back, at the times one has spent,
And wonder, longingly, where all those good times went..
