Aiza just announced that mineral water cannot be taken out from the canteen boundaries.. ah, the suckiness amazes me sometimes... this is to 'counter the problem of throwing rubbish all around'... what they should do is freaking catch the bastards that throw bottles and punish them with 10 freaking demerits straight... and then if I kena too bad lar... -_-...
