Wooo... what a great end to my weekend this time!

Went to Las Carettas, a great restaurant in Taipan, to have dinner there... I had mushroom soup (excellent!), garlic bread (mmm!), and Pollo Loco (fantastic!). Pollo Loco is a chicken dish, for all those who don't know mexican. Yes, the restaurant is mexican, but it's great! Try it sometime, if you ever can't decide on any new places to go to. 5 Star~

Had wine, a great Shiraz Cabernet, dated 1997! A cool 5 year maturity time. Mmm... one must see why people love wine so much.

Well, the rest of the day was cool too! Overcast, really, but cool still. Wey Ping overnighted from Saturday, and we played basketball today! Lotsa fun, lotsa laughs, everytime. ^o^.

Valentine's was boring, yeah... but my poem got some regocnition from my granddaughter, Eileen!
